The maisonette is located in the new town of Sozopol and has beautiful panoramic view to all coast of Bourgas, old town of Sozopol and the Marina. The beach is on 7-8 minutes by foot. The maisonette is equipped and decorated luxurious for nice holiday of 2+1 persons. It is on two levels. The first level has kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances like: oven, hot plates, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, micro wave, iron and ironing board and everything else that you need for self cook. The utensils are enough for 4-5 persons. Each level has air conditioning and cable TV. The bathroom and the WC are on the first level. The bathroom has lockers, hair dryer and shower cabin. On the top level is a bedroom. Each level has big balconies with table, chairs, umbrella and lounge. There is car parking on front of the building. For the guests who arrive with airplane we can arrange free transfer to or from the airport with our own car.
