The “Bolyarski pat” hotel is situated in the village of Polenitsa, about 1 km away from the centre of the town of Sandanski, near the mineral springs and the valley of the Sandanska Bistritsa river. It is located close to the “Medite” hotel, on the right side of the road for the “St.Vrach” hotel. Close to the hotel there is a bus stop. The distance between the hotel and the bus station of the town is about 2 km.
The “Bolyarski pat” hotel was opened in 2001. It is a massive 4-storey building with a modern architecture and southwestern exposure.
