DESCRIPTION
The complex consists of:
Accommodation base; Supermarket; Cafe – bar;
Guarded parking lot – free of charge;
Accommodation base:
- rooms with two single beds;
- rooms with three single beds;
- rooms with 1/2/ single + 1 bed "person and a half"
- rooms with 3 single beds, kitchenette, extensible kitchen corner.
Independent sanitary premises. Each room has a refrigerator.
The accommodation base is situated in apartments with three rooms each /1 – with two beds, 1 with three beds + kitchenette and kitchen corner/.
The complex is a new building and is in use since 2004. It is situated 150 meters away from the sea. An ecologically clean area. The city of Varna is fifty kilometers to the north and the "Slanchev Bryag" resort and the town of Nesebar are forty kilometers to the south. The complex offers provisioning of transport upon guests' arrival and departure to and from Varna and Burgas and in case of private visits to certain places of interest in the country during the period of their stay.
The accommodation prices vary in accordance to the type of the room that is used.
Maximum price – 12 EUR per day per one person for the months of June, July and August. For the months of May, and September – 10% discount. Negotiable.
For the cold months of the year, the complex offers a heating installation, allowing a non-stop accommodation
